The Automobile Association of Tanzania (AAT) is a non-profit organization which is affiliated with the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) in Motorsport and Mobility, which represents over 80 million motorists worldwide in 142 countries and 237 clubs worldwide.

AAT is Dedicated to promoting road safety, advocating for the interests of motorists, and providing various services to its members. The AAT has been actively involved in initiatives to enhance Tanzania's overall driving experience and safety standards.

The Automobile Association of Tanzania (ATT) is the Governing board of Motor Racing in Tanzania. By providing racing permits to all racing events including car racing and motorcycle racing.Also organizing the biggest Rally event in East Africa known as the Africa Rally Championship (ARC).
